Cape Town to Goodwood Day 19: We Hear From "Technophobe" Tracey!
"It
should be obvious by now that I am somewhat techno-phobic and much
prefer the basic mechanics of beautiful old machines, chiefly those with
wings and preferably no radio. That's how it was for Lady Heath and I
find myself thinking wistfully how much simpler things were for her
flying up Africa in 1928. No radio, few boundaries, no air traffic
procedures, less bureaucracy and little in the way of permits and
permissions. Almost my idea of heaven!"
PS Team now in Entebbe, Uganda.
